Hey there!
What a great year it's been for us so far! We’ve brought a few more people onto our editorial team and have a passionate team of blog writers who have really helped to expand KAT Blad. With them we have had lots of new content and ideas, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds. Stay tuned for some blogs highlighting these great teams!
This year has also started a wonderful new transition: the VOS x KAT Blad monthly game nights! These have been a great opportunity for the magazine team to connect more with students and share updates, as well as just being a great space for students to get to know each other in a chill, fun environment!
As for the magazine itself, we originally wanted to publish our first edition for the year this winter. However we’ve run into some unexpected delays, meaning we have a new publishing plan for this year! Instead of two editions, we’re pushing the publishing of KAT Blad #116 to the end of the year (end of May/early June). While we are sad we could not publish as originally planned, we are excited for the opportunity to make 116 a larger edition jam packed with linguistic articles!
That of course means it’s time for another writers & art call! The call goes live tomorrow, right here on our blog– so don’t miss out on all the necessary information.
